Our team use their unrivalled experience to plan the manufacture of beams as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

Cellbeam only uses materials from our extensively vetted supply chain, planning how much will be required for a project to keep waste to an absolute minimum.

All components used will be profiled using gas and plasma technology that has the capacity to cut up to 26mt in length, and from 8mm to 120mm thickness.

Prior to fabrication of each beam, individual components will be shot blasted to specification.

Following this, each component will then be automatically transferred to the build area where assembly will commence.

Components are welded using industry-leading Submerge Arc Welding (S.A.W).

Our facilities and machines are designed specifically to reduce handling, increase efficiency, and produce high-quality beams.

Each beam is 100% visually weld tested, with none destructive testing carries out to customer requirements.

Cellbeam dispatches approximately 250 to 300 tonnes of our products per week, with the additional ability to send extra-long beams on extendable loads.
